Have you asked your oncologist about which treatment is best for him? I would start there.

This vaccine is no longer being offered as far as I know, but Torigen and ELIAS are making really good ones with great results so far:

Have any of you tried low-dose chemotherapy/anti-angiogenic medicine, like Cytoxan, Algarin, etc. and had good success with minimal side effects?
We did have good success with no side effects. However, this type of metronomics is currently being phased out since it's been shown to not be as effective as previously thought. See:

His name is Dash because he is a fast runner! He’s a retired racing greyhound, we don’t support racing dogs & are happy we can spoil him now.
I work from home since 2020, so I get to feed him treats and homemade food every day!
i’ll check out the links, im hoping we can help him live longer without causing any pain. We’re having our first baby in December & I hope he gets to meet her <3

Dash is mighty lucky boy to have such strong advocates for him, checking out options, etc..
Sounds like Dash (great name for Greyhound) is feeling just fine and that's good news. Sure, none wants to hear long mets, but it doesn't mean this is the end of the road by any means! So many dogs have gotten continued good quality time in spite of a pesky met.
Jerry has given you so many good links to discuss with the Onco.
When my Hapoy Hannah developed a large met, I did proceed with Metronomics for awhile. Liked that it wasn't "invasive" and didn't really have side effects. And, if I recall, I did add Prednisone to keep any inflammation down the met may have caused. Seems like Hapoh Hannah did develop a bladder infection that may, or may not, have been caused by the Cytoxan. Anyway, cleared it up with no issues.
Others can chime in on their Palladia, so take this comment FWIW. It does seem for many there are strong side effects as far as causing the dog to feel yucky, not wanting to eat, etc. Anyway, discuss with your Vet. Obviously not giving Vet advice.
I have no doubt your sweet Dash will be there to welcome uour new baby home. I'm sure he will be a Greyt Nanny👍
