Karen's Pug adventures.......never a dull moment in The House of Pugs!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
That is tooooo cute!
My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

That is too cute Karen! What a memory of your old gal. And I can totally see you stomping around the house, that's a good one!

Yes, I got the visual Karen 🤣
Unfortunately for me, it's hard to tell with Mitchell how much is hearing loss and how much is "selective hearing" 🙄🙄
I was totally for sure his hearing was worse than it is until I caught him one day, lol.
Of course with him we are also dealing with some doggie dementia which gives it another special twist so i just go with it and do what i can to keep him safe and comfortable. Some days are better than others, but we just deal with things as they come.
Sorry Brownie's hearing is not good, we are all getting old 🤗

I keep picturing this little pug sitting and starring at the shower door, and thinking "hurry up mom".

So you wake up in the morning and stretch. You are ready to start your day and get your first cup of coffee. As soon as your feet hit the floor you realized you stepped in a big pile of dog poop! Oh yea!
Time to take Brownie to the vet. Some nights he can't hold it. The doggie door is open but sometimes he can't get to the door fast enough and then he hides. It's not his fault.

Eewwww! Stepping in a big pile of stinky. And it's xo loving that you recognize it wasn't his fault. He is such a good boy. ❤

Eeek! That's my worst nightmare. Poor Brownie! And you too? Sorry! Go back to bed! 😉
I almost stepped in Wyatt's vomit the other day when I got out of bed, but thankfully I turned the light on before I stepped in it (he's OK now).
Let us know what the dogtor says. My guess is he just let it slip out, it's common in old dogs.

Your posting gets me thinking "What is worse? Dead rat, vomit or poop?" I have to adjust my attitude so that the next time my foot touches something furry I need to be grateful that it's not vomit or poop and my cats are well.
I hope Brownie is okay and you heal quickly.

RAT🤭🤭🤭

The worse thing is when you first wake up and go into the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. Your cat comes in, jumps on the counter and drops a live rat right in front of you. Hootie (he is at the bridge) use to do that all the time. My ex said it was his way of bringing me a present!
