Sorry about the diagnosis, it's a tough one but you are off to a good start by getting rid of her bad leg and investigating your options for treatment (there are more than ever now!). As an aside, one of our most long-lived members was a handsome three-legged Anatolian named Cemil! He lived well into old age despite the prognosis, an incredible survivor!

Yes, others have had experiences with the chemo decision and different osteosarcoma vaccines (there are at least 3 that I know of). Different oncology clinics are using different vaccines so once you pick a clinic they can let you know what they are using. Has your vet not referred you to a clinic yet?
