Jerry, our local oncologist uses Palladia a lot and I do not think time of day matters. I have not seen people instructed to wear gloves. Main side effects are on the stomach but few people stop it. I have not noted low white counts but that has been reported. It is pricey but since it is oral there is no charge for IV catheter or fluids like with other chemo drugs.Pam

Tina, I'm just catching up on this.
I am with you, Manni and his quality of life is all that matters. And I completely understand the non consoling part.
I know I don't have experience with these treatments and this kind of cancer but I am here and I am happy to lend my ears to bounce ideas off of and help with research if you need it. Sag einfach Bescheid.
