OK Kota- if you get a wrist brace it will need to have flames or spikes on it or something.  You have to protect your Barbarian image big-grin.

Hey All!

I hope everyone and their respective pups are doing well! It is quite the journey and we thank you all for your insights and support!

Kota is doing amazing and we couldn't be happier with his progress. We are absolutely cherishing ever moment and day that has been given back to him and us as a family since diagnosis and amp. He's running, jumping, playing with his balls and toys, and this weekend decided to conquer the first flight of steps going upstairs (assisted of course!)

I purchased a light support wrap through http://www.therapaws.com and I do believe it's making a difference. He's looks as if he feels a little more confident and not as tired when he wears it. I'm also looking into Dr. Buzby's Toe Grips so we can start getting the house back in order and taking up some of the 10,000 runners:) Has anyone else purchased them?

Kota is 2 vaccines into his treatment and his checkups have been stellar. So we express our gratitude every day!!

peace & love,

Amy, Pete and Kota:)

So our little super hero had his fourth shot yesterday and he's off the hook for 6 months! We do have to take him back in a month for a chest radiograph..oh Lord I hope all is well. Now I get to worry about that for a month! But Kota's energy is through the roof, he's going up AND down the steps by himself (we hold collar on way down) and just being his all around happy self:)  We went to a medium party a few weeks ago and she told me I have "healing hands" and to waive them over Kota and then throw out the bad, say prayers to St. Francis and Padre Pio. Heck I'll do it all! haha

YAHOOOO!!!!! Off the hook indeed, this is terrific news!

When you start to worry; remember that Kota isn't. Follow his lead, he's a wise soul!

YAAAAAAAAAY!!! Great job everybody, great job!

But mom, no worrying okay? I know, easier said than done! But to worry about further tests keeps you in a state of fear, rather than staying in the moment with Kota basking in a state of joy and fun and love!!

Immerse yourself in Kota's bliss....it's a wonderful place to be!!

Celebrating with ice cream and cake tonight!!! :-) :-)

Huge hugs to all!

Yay, Kota!! Hope everything continues to be great !! And I agree with Sally and Jerry, try not to worry about the future too much, live in the now and present with sweet Kota, that is all he cares about.....feeling great, having fun, and living life on his terms.

We are..... In the clear!!! Got the best news NOTHING! So relieved and thank you for all the pawsitive thoughts and kind words! Xoxo just have to go in a month to have a fatty deposit he's had forever on his leg checked, then another X-ray in 2 months, and a booster vaccine shot in 5. We will continue with the k9 imm plus (he loves them) and just playing and loving on him hard! Every day/month is a blessing. So our hope is he leaves this World an old man who lived a fabulous life, not a pup taken down early by the horrible C Word!
