Oh, Corndog! I'm so glad that you're doing so well after such a rocky start down this road! I have to admit, when you started talking about typo's and front leg vs back leg, I thought you were going to say they amputated the wrong leg surprised. Thank goodness they weren't THAT bad! I used to live in Sedalia and I've been to Branson, the Ozarks is beautiful country. Sounds like Corn's got lots of spunk and will thrive as a tripawd!

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end.  On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

You're not getting old, not at all. So called professionals should KNOW that it's common sense and respect to put the phone on mute while seeing patients. We've had experience at both UC Davis and Colorado State vet schools, and never had this happen to us there. I'm so sorry you went through that but glad that you are done with it.
