Tripawds are always special. And there’s something extra special about senior amputees. That goes double for Tripawd Bulldogs, who some say can’t make a good Tripawd just because of their body shape.
Well, today’s Tripawd Tuesday turns the table on that theory! Join us to celebrate Winnie the three-legged senior Bulldog. What a joy to learn about this special senior hero, who we learned about when her mom Holly shared her inspawrational story with us over Instagram.
Winnie the Three-Legged Senior Bulldog Keeps on Beating the Odds
This is my Bulldog Winnie. She’s 11 years old and has had her front right leg off 5 years ago due to synovial sarcoma.
Winnie’s lived over half her life on three legs and we were told a Bulldog would never survive on three legs because of there brood chest stature.
She’s shown everyone that just because Bulldogs look cute and funny looking that they are so strong and resilient creatures.
11 years 3 months old and vet says she’s still in amazing health minus a bit of arthritis and a cataract… my sidekick is still doing well… winnie i love you so much
