Harmony became a Tripawd on 10/21/14 (MCT). She left us way too soon on 11/1/14.

It sure is tempting. And I even talked to Cassie to find out her travel plans. But with me just coming back to work from LOA, I can't take any time off. Trust me... I am super bummed out.

Adelaide is a young tripawd Husky, from an injury. Her amp was on 10/1/12. She has 4 sisters, Aissa (a senior border collie/chow), Maggie May (a puppy Great Pyrenees), Mathilde and Morrigan and 1 baby brother, Bagheera. We are all watched over by our angel Brendol, who was dx with OSA 1/30/13, amp on 2/6/13, and left us on 8/20/13.

Pam and Karma! So wish you could be there!! I do knkw that there will be some type of ceremony to honor our transitioned souls. I PROMISE you, I'll make sure HARMONY and BRENDOL are properly honored, along with Sassy, Leland, Shelby, Lilybear Snoop Jackson...okay....gon a stope naming now...but I LROMISE all will be honored!

So sorry to be late to the online party thread but I'll be there for the REAL party to see all our old friends and meet online friends live and in person (and meet new ones too, of course). Angel Lexie will be with us in spirit partying with Happy Hannah, Jake, Polly, Ty, and all her other friends on the bridge as they all watch the antics together.

I'll be bringing Tanner's long lost quad pawd sister, Fannie Mae. Just a heads up to all, Fannie Mae LOVES other dogs and loves to play off leash, but she is generally shy around new people and is extremely nervous around small kids and around men she doesn't know. Once she is comfortable she will warm up quickly in smaller group settings and does fine in dog parks, but she likes people who want to pet her to kneel down and hold out their hands to let her sniff them first.
Can't wait to see everyone!

Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.

Fannie Mae is so lucky to have someone who understands her so well. Sounds like such a sweetheart!
.Merry Myrtle just loves people and thinks every human she sees wants to be her BFF the second she spots them. If you squat down to pet her, she bypasses the need to sniff your hand and tries to sit on your lap. And she's fine with other dogs except she's completely unaware of her "largeness". Frankie...dear crazy boy Frankie.....fine with people....guess I'll find out how he is with other dogs Saturday! He just vocalizes everything loudly and with a piercing shrillness! II hope that doesn't get the other dogs too riled up! Guess we'll find out about that Saturday too!
Looks like the weather is going to be perfect too!!
Merry Myrtle and Franki are busy packing their suitcases. I keep having to take out the ice cream and put it back in the freezer before it melts!

Me and the puppers are almost completely packed, just last minute stuff to do. All I have to do now is get through work today! It's gonna be a long day. I will see all of you on Saturday!

Domino had his left front leg amputate on May 13th 2014 after being hit by a car. He's now living a happy healthy life on three legs :)

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Kathi...we will be honoring Gus and Murphy and holding you and Garry in our hearts...PROMISE!!
The planning for the Virginia Tripawds Pawty last year started when my Happy Hannah waas still in her earth clothes. She wasn't here when the pawty date arrived. Had she n ot sent me Merry Myrtle there is n o way I coukd have made it emotoinally. Murph and Gus will send you someone...or two...soon!!
I took the beautiful portrait Garry did of my Happy Hannah with me then.....and I'll be taking it with me this week end too.

I took about 900 pictures last year and my guess is that I'll take about 20,000 this time LOL. You can COUNT on pictures and videos :)))))
