Hey folks, let me get Kim from Greyhounds Rock over here to answer questions. I'm pretty sure dogs are welcome on Saturday too, but just want to confirm. Also want to get that list of dog-friendly things in F-burg, so stay tuned!

We have some answers from the Tri-Pawty 2015 Facebook Event (join the event for additional updates)..
The registration form is mail in with the signed waiver and check.
Puppers are allowed at the winery on Saturday night.
Old town Fredericksburg is very dog friendly with many shops that allow well behaved dogs. There are quite a few restaurants in old town that you can dine with your dogs in tow.
Our battlefields allow you to walk/tour with your dogs. Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg and Chancellor battlefields are all in the Fredericksburg area.

We figured out that we can make it this year to the pawty, so I printed out the registration/waiver form to send in, but I have a question and apologize if it was already answered (but I didn't see it posted anywhere) ......who do I write my check out to, Greyhounds Rock ?

YAAAAAAAAAY!!!! BONNIE, I also am thrilled to pieces!!! This is craaaazy good news!!! To be able to meet face to face...soul to soul with so many beautiful "Spirits of Love" we've gotten to know through our dogs...ohhhhh myyyyy! So happy!!!
Can you imagine the gathering at the Bridge as theyall clamor for a front row seat of our "reunion"!? Yeah, some may say we all knew each other "before".....or not.
All of us with occupants at the Bridge, (and I guess that's pretty much all of us) let's be sure and bring pictues, okay? And maybe even a candle?

Okay, that's it! I'm clearly going to have to find someone to go with me! I figured I would pretty much stay in the dog hotel except when we had particular times to meet. No waaaay now! Miss out on all the connection time with all my BFFs? This is my first real "social outing" in many, many, many hears and I'm not missing it!! think I can count on sweet Miiss Merry Myrtle to behave very nicely (well, she does love to jump on people because she just loves humans...but I can control that). Now wild and crazy, constantly vocalizing, no holes barred, frenetic Hound Frankie who could surely outrun any four-legged Greyhound WHILE dragging me behind....sweaty palms just thinking about the antics he might pull. I may go ahead and have his vocal chords cut just for that week end and see of they can stitch them back together on Monday

I do remember both Deb and Cheryl saying they were. Perhaps we should "remind" them LOL. I was just thinking about Lexie the other day and how much we are going to miss her this year. Cheryl said not too long ago that Zach was doing great.Â

I need to print out that form. I am probably only going to come for Sunday. Hope that is allowed. Also, I think Daryl will be the guest of honor. Chandler is getting older and it it is hot, well I am afraid he will overheat. It is also getting harder to get him in and out of the car. 80 lbs is a lot to heave. As for Lucy, I will record her sometime and you will all thank me for letting her in Pa. I'll put it out there, how many of you are staying Saturday night? May change my decision. I feel sort of guilty taking one on a road trip and letting the others at home. Hubby is going to watch them. I can leave Sunday AM and be there in plenty of time. 3 hrs, I think. So excited! TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed  and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. Zoe had a non skeletal Osteosarcoma removed in July 2015. No Chemo, she was at least 16. She is going strong although she is now completely blind. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.Â
Oh my gosh Lori of course you can come for just Sunday, but it would be a blast to have you there for both days with all the pups!

Sooo, it sounds like we should get a room just. for the "rowdy gang", TANNER, FRANKIE AND LUCY! Myrtle, Daryl, Rosco and Chandler get upgrade accommodations for dogs who have manners!

Yeah, I'm gonna seriously try and find someone to go with AND, whoever that someone may be, see if they have an air conditioned car so Frankie won't be trying to squeeze out the window!

I will be there Saturday and Sunday, but I live only 40 mins or so away so I won't be spending the night but I plan on staying late Sat and going early on Sunday. 🙂Â

Yea we're doing Fri, Sat, Sun and leaving Monday morning cause we have a long drive. I recruited one of my friends to come with and help with my two rowdy boys! I am leaving their big sister Bounder at home though, she's almost 15 and just had surgery, so I don't think she could handle a road trip right now.Â
Sally I vote we just tie Myrtle and Finn together and let them deal with each other, then you only have to handle Frankie lol. The hotel is sure gonna be fun Saturday night!Â
I've started to make a packing list for myself and the dogs and I'm pretty sure they have more stuff to bring than I do!Â
Can't wait to see everyone there!Â

Domino had his left front leg amputate on May 13th 2014 after being hit by a car. He's now living a happy healthy life on three legs :)
