The good news is refreshing. Yoda's fight just shows how much he is loving life and wants to continue. It's amazing how fast little routines change with cancer and how new eating sleeping and playing habits change to something that eventually becomes the norm. The horrible condition certainly does keep us humans on our toes even though our fluffsters seem to just go with the flow of it. I am so glad that Yoda is eating well enough and is having fun de-stuffing the toys. I love watching them do that, even if it does look like a Snuggle bear exploded on your floor afterward.
Go, Yoda, go!
Your rabbit chasing thread was amusing although i love rabbits!!! Hori used to save them from our german sheperd, who loves to chase them. Now it's over with Hori watching over them and we sometimes have pigeon and rabbit massacres. Awful!
But in Yoda's case I can take a rabbit sacrifice now and then!
Good to hear that his appetite is back, even if it is at strange hours... who cares!
Keep enjoying your time toghether!

Hey Yoda
I caught your 'control the rabbit population' thread but missed this one. I haven't had much time to check into the site this week, between work and Tazzie-care. We too are relieved that the possible ulcer issues can be set aside.
Yoda sounds as though he is doing remarkably well. We are happy to hear that. Lots of dogs only eat once per day so that should not be a problem. (Okay, maybe some of our cancer dogs eat 24 hrs a day with various food and supplements and drugs, but lots of non-cancer dogs only eat one meal.)
Yoda has been really active compared with most of our group, and it sounds as though he is still pretty darn active now. It sounds like he is eating well, but you might see if he prefers the no-grain foods (Orijen, Evo). Not because these foods are healthier, but I know certain dogs seem to prefer the taste of the meaty kibbles. I'll have to send you the photos from our taste tests, conducting during the first round of chemo.
Have a great weekend,
Tazzie
