I'm sorry for the diagnosis...but like it's always said around here there's no expiration dates stamped on our furbabies. Calvert may surpass a year and I pray that he does. You have a wonderful outlook and hold onto that and live life to the fullest with your precious Calvert.

Such a beautiful idea with posting a pic of Calvert for 365 days....and I like Sally's concept of "beyond". I will continue to hope Calvert goes beyond 365 days.
And the pictures thus far are AMAZING!! Calvert is truly a handsome fella and I just want to scatter kisses all over that sweet face of his!!

Ever since Calvert started his blood pressure medicine, he pees alot less. He makes it about 5 hours in the evening without peeing while I'm in class.
The picture of us from yesterday is my favorite. I was trying to eat, and Calvert doesn't always have the best manners. (LOL) I'm surprised he sat still so I could take it. I've been able to get really good pictures lately. He doesn't hold still for very long.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Awwww what a mushball! I say cuddling with Calvert is way better than being outside in the cold!
