I'm posting this for a friend who is not a member of the forums. Her write up is as follows:
"I'm looking for a unicorn of an adopter. I took Louie in from a hoarding situation. She (yes her name is Louie. She was supposed to be a boy) was kept in a home with 30+ animals and was so terrified, she wouldn't leave the counter tops, even to use the bathroom. We found her a great home but she couldn't even be in a calm home with only 1 other cat.
I have her here with me in New Hampshire where she has her own room and can't even see the other animals in the house. She's doing incredibly well with her own personal space and I'm happy to foster her until the perfect home is found. She's become a total lap cat now that she is away from other animals. She is a tri-pod, missing her front right leg. Approx 3 years old. Spayed. Up to date with shots
If anyone has any leads, please send them my way!"
You can contact Danni Seraphanjil (Louie's rescuer) at adoptions@halfrescue.com. I also have photos of Louie but I'm not sure how to post them here. Thank you for any leads anyone has on finding a home for this sweet girl!
Aww thank you for posting Louie's info. She sounds like a very special kitty and I know that perfect home is waiting for her. We will do our best to get the word out. You are so awesome for helping her!
