To follow up- I didn't get an email for the blog post Jackie did or the couple of PM's that I got yesterday after I turned the notification button back on.

Yesterday I got email notifications galore from forum posts....today nothing.

Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"

Thank you for your patience. We are still frantically working on thoroughly testing the pending updates but have not yet implemented them on these live forums. If all goes as planned that will happen soon, and hopefully address the issue.

If PM/Post Notification Issues Persist:
- Visit your Forums Profile and uncheck PM Email Notifications
(Profile -> Options -> Edit Global Options) - Clear your web browser cache.
- Remove any browser cookies for tripawds.com
- Log out of tripawds
- Close and relaunch web browser
- Log in to Tripawds
- Update Profile to enable Notifications
- Confirm receipt of Notifications

Well, I didn't do anything and got an email for a PM today!
I do see some changes in forum appearance, avatars and the type size in the yellow boxes at the top and bottom of forums are smaller.

FYI TO ALL: Avatars are now round. The Font Resizer at top/right of any Forums page can be used to increase or decrease font sizes.
We did our best to keep mostly everything in these Forums very similar, and gladly welcome any reports of unexpected anomalies. If the layout is totally whacked for any specific users – and yes, that is the technical term – you may be experiencing cached stylesheets, as a couple users have reported.

so the "update" is complete"? say it isnt so......I'm still not getting notifications other than that one day, and some of my topics I'd subscribed to were suddenly "unsubscribed". I've tried the suggestions listed above and I'm still out in the cold.

I am glad you said that Paula because I was unsubscribed to a couple also and even though I know I didn't do it, I wondered if I got big thumbs and hit it by accident. Now I know I didn't. I am not having problems with emails... unless you count the ones I didn't get because I was unsubscribed

It is so, though updates are never really complete around here with software always being updated.
It is unfortunate that the email notifications issue persists, and proves very difficult to troubleshoot since some members continue to receive notifications and logs indicate the messages are being sent. Members being unsubscribed from topics also comes as a surprise, that you for reporting that.
While we turn to the developers for additional support, our only suggestion at this point is to re-subscribe to any desired topics. We also suggest unsubscribing from any existing subscriptions and resubscribing.
