I've managed to download my two photos to Imageshack. This was a great feat for me as I'm not as computer savvy as I'd like to be (plus I'm OLD!)
NOW WHAT! How do I post these photos to the forum? I'm not likely to start a blog and I have a Mac.
Is is possible to walk it through in a few steps?
Many thanks,
Donna
First, "old" is such a silly human state of mind. Tri to Be More Dog and we 'll see if we can't teach ya a few new tricks!
Now that you have your images uploaded somewhere online, you should be able to follow these detailed instructions for adding pictures to forum posts.

Certainly...
- Open a new web browser tab and view the page with the image you want to embed in your forum post.
- Right click (or hold the Control key and click) on the image.
- Select Copy Image Location.
- Return to forum topic and click Add Reply.
- Add your comments, then click the Insert/Edit Image button (with the small tree).
- Paste the Image Location into the Image URL field.
- Click Insert.
- Save your post by clicking the Submit Reply button.
If the image is publicly viewable online it will display in your forum post. You can include as many images as you like.
If you still have trouble, please provide a link to your images and we'll be happy to help more.

Did you right-click (or control-click) directly on the image itself? If you right click on the image and there is no option to copy the image location, then ImageShack does not allow copying of image URLs.
Please provide a link to the page where you can view your photos and we can look into this further for you. Go to the page with your pictures, copy the entire URL from the website location bar in your web browser and paste it into a reply so we can see your pictures and find out if they can be embedded here.
