Hi Admin,
I just started to experience problems accessing Tripawds on my iPad, which has never happened before.....I do not know if this is an iPad problem or other problem.
I am using my Safari browser, (Tripawds is bookmarked for easy access), once clicking into Tripawds, it has started to take about 3-4 minutes to even connect, and once I do have a connection, anywhere I try to click into such as Forums, or any place at all, my iPad completely kicks me out of Tripawds website, and goes to my Main menu screen. Even if I google Tripawds to connect that way, the same thing happens. I tried my husbands iPad, and the same thing happens again. (my iPad is a newer model) We have a desk top computer that I am currently using, and have absolutely no difficulties whatsoever with the desk top. So, my husband and I are a bit baffled .....
Thanks in advance, and thanks for all you do,
Bonnie & Angel Polly
The server has been having intermittent performance issues over the past few days, so the problems may not be related to the iPad.
My first recommendation would be to clear the browser cache by quitting Safari: Double tap the home button and slide the Safari window up. Then go to Settings -> Safari -> Clear History, and relaunch Safari. You may need to reenter your username and password.
The way you describe Safari crashing sounds like a result of too many apps open at once.
Anybody else consistently having similar trouble?

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Thank you Admin,
This morning, I am having no problems with my iPad so far, things have seemed to resolve themselves......The only thing I did do was clear any running open apps in the background, which was only a few, but did that after I had successfully connected to Tripawds.
Thank you for your help,
Bonnie & Angel Polly
I noticed on my desk top the past couple of evenings in the chat major delays Tuesday & Wednesday night. I just figured it was running really slow. I haven't noticed any other issues though (using firefox on my desk top)

It seems these problems are most likely related to the recent server load we've been experiencing over the past week or so. We are working desperately to pinpoint the cause and resolve the issue ASAP.
If anyone is consistently having problems with one device, while another is working fine, please advise.
Thank you for all your feedback and patience.

Hi Admin,
Having MAJOR, major difficulties on my iPad again, and desktop as well......the iPad problem is ongoing, same as before, sometimes I can access Tripawds, but most of the time I cannot.
I am more concerned with my desk top problems....I have tried adding a post onto Charlie's mom, Ellen's post regarding the fund-raising t-shirts, and took several tries to connect to the server. I pulled up the forum post, and although my post is seemingly there, when I click back to the forums list, it is not showing as a current reply. The error message that kept coming up, says "Internal Server error.....The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request".....this was happening between 1:30pm and 2:00pm today.
Thank you again, (I hope this posts....)

I thought it was me. I usually get kicked off and reloaded 2 or more times. Mine does the same thing with posts, but usually when I log back in they are there. I could not get on at all 2 nights ago. My IPad is older and I was blaming it.

Hi Admin,Having MAJOR, major difficulties... "Internal Server error.....
These issues are server related and not device specific. We are working feverishly to pinpoint and address the cause.
Thanks for the info, and for your patience!
