Oh how frustrating...maybe my original password is needed? I want to put in a new header picture on my blog but it won't take my password (I know I got it correct). Any ideas?

Hmmm... we're happy to help, but not quite sure what you mean by "blog presentation changes".
if you are logged into your dashboard, you should not be asked for your password again. Let's try this:
Make sure you are logged into Gandolf's blog. If you are logged into Gandolf's blog, it will Say "Brave Boy" in the grey Admin Bar at the top. If it says "Tripawds Blogs " you will need to hover over the "My Sites" link and navigate to your "Brave Boy" Dashboard. (Every Tripawds Blogger is also a member of the Tripawds News blog , so we first need to make sure you are looking at your blog dashboard.)
Once you have found your way to Gandolf's blog dahsboard, visit the Appearnce -> Header link. Here is a direct link, which will take you there if you are logged in. (Others will not be able to access your blog dashboard.)
Next, click the Browse button, find the image you want to use on your local hard drive, click upload and crop as desired. You will find more than 140 themes to choose from if you want to change the look of your blog. With a Tripawds Supporter blog , you have access to our selection of Premium themes too.
Finally, if all else fails, send us the image you want to use and we'll gladly change it for you. Or we can schedule a time to walk you through it in the chat room , where we're headed now...

Sorry, had a senior moment there... The "Appearance" menu used to be branded "Presentation" in the older version of WordPress. Guess we need to update the link in the default theme's sidebar.
