Do you use a Gmail address?

As of July, 2013 Gmail has implemented email account tabs and is auto-filtering messages for all users, regardless of whether you subscribed to receive the messages or not. Your Tripawds newsletter will likely be sent to your "Promotions" tab.

Follow the steps in this short video for tips on how to ensure you never miss an issue of Tripawds News or any other of your favorite newsletters.

What are Gmail tabs?

Google has launched "tabs" that organize all your Gmail for you. Three default tabs include Primary, Social and Promotions. If you have not already seen this update in your Gmail account, you likely will soon.

Email newsletters you have subscribed to are likely going directly to your Promotions tab. This tab is “on” by default for all Gmail users. The video above shows options for quickly managing your tab settings to ensure you never miss a newsletter:

• Turn off the Promotions tab
• "Star" an issue of Tripawds News and tell Gmail to always include starred emails on your Primary Tab
• Or, drag a Tripawds News email to your Primary tab and click yes when asked to always sort future messages from Tripawds as Primary.

If you do not use Gmail:

This information may be irrelevant to you. If you are not receiving our newsletter, however, check your spam folder and ensure that any spam settings allow messages from tripawds.com. Tripawds News is only sent out every two weeks, and always includes pertinent information and updates from the Tripawds Blogs community and discussion forums.
