The staples aka stup itches came out today!!!!! Zachy hopped all around the vets office and had a great time. He weighed 41 pounds which the vet said was a good weight. the vet said he could do pretty much what he felt like, because he was doing great.
Got some results back form pathology- good news no signs of cancer. We are still not sure exactly what's was going on but it was nota simple neuritis that's trioxide would have take. Care of. I don't have the paper in font of me but I remember the v saying there were fribrioids stressing. The nerves out. So, in the end it was the right decision to amputate. I was so sure he had cancer, and I am glad he doesn't. More pathology should help us know what it is.
The good news is that Zach is happy and healthy! Now just keeping him active and healthy will be the challenge. So excited to get those staples out!
