GRINNING EAR TO EAR!!! I LOOOOOVE THIS!!!   They clearly are showing respect to  Czar as their leader and constantly tly gravitate  to him,  The are absolutely  adorable!!  So fluffy! Love their puppy fluff!!

Injave to say though...you and Czar have your paws full with twompups at once!!!  It does help that they have each other to play with so they don't  wear Czar out.  And he looks really good btw!!

Thanks!  Made my day!!

Awwwww! He's taking them on their first big adventures. What a great pack leader! And flying the Tripawds Flag for Riot, that just makes my sp_hearticon2so happy.

Is it me or are those kids going to get bigger and taller than Czar when they grow up?

Yes, it's a lot of work. It'll all be worth it in the end. He likes being top dog.

Yep. They always follow him. They'll probably be taller, but not heavier.

They look wonderful and happy! What a gorgeous pack, and Czar looks tickled to have little brothers 🙂  You are doing a great job with them!!

Awesome video! It looks like puppies were exactly what the Dr ordered - for Czar as well as you. They are growing like weeds!

The cancer is in Czar's lung. I only had 17 days after Riot was diagnosed with the same size nodule before died. I'm devastated.

Cannot believe this.  In total disbelief.

All the words...devasted...shocked...gutted....unfair...sickened....nothing can describe what we feel for you and with you.

We can only say that, hopefully, Czar is on a path forward of more quality time like Jerry did as opposed to Riot's situation.  And it is very, possible indeed that Czar will have a very different and more pawsitive outcome than Riot.

No symptoms  so that's good.  Did the Vet have any suggestion that may be compatible, or an alternative,   with the vaccine he was on?  Do they have any case studies with this vaccine where mets showed up amd they proceeded with Plan B?

Oh noooooo! That is just so heartbreaking I'm really, really sorry, can't even imagine what you are feeling right now. This is just such a poopicon situation.

What did the vet say? Any idea on the size of the met? Is it more than one met? And did they present any treatment options?

I know it's hard not to compare to Riot. I would do it too. But try as hard as you can to remember Czar is his own dog. He has handled everything so differently and I have no doubt that whatever comes next, he will continue to surprise you in a good way. And yeah, many dogs can go on with lung mets longer than anyone thought. I hope with all my heart Czar is one of them.

I wish I could give you a big hug right now. I'm so sorry for this devastating news.

There just isn't any way I can't compare their journeys. All I can do is hope Czar gets more time. We're going to give a trial a try, palladia and losartan. If he has any side effects, he's off immediately. I'm not stealing any of his time we have left for my own benefit. There's only one met. 1.5mm. After comparing xrays, it was there 6 weeks ago. It's just bigger and more enhanced now. We're hoping that means it will move slower, not that it's picking up the spread speed.

Ah OK, thanks for clarifying, my head is foggy today!

You're right, it's so hard not to compare. But you are more experienced now, and so much wiser. You have strength and perspective you didn't have before with Riot, and that's going to be good medicine for you and Czar.

I so hope that met responds to the treatment. For newcomers here, it's the lung metastasis treatment that Dr. Seguin from Colorado State recommends.

I hope so too. Right now, he's doing great. I wish the trial coordinator had gotten back with me today. Maybe tomorrow.

If anyone can find anything "so-called-good" in this scenario it is that it does seem to be slow growing. I do recall that, in some cases, mets were not only slow growing sometimes, but they also remained  pretty much stagnate sometimes  for a long while too.  And, who knows, maybe the vaccine has already helped to keep that piece  of crap met at bay for awhile.

And ten thousand percent agree about the Palladia.   Any sign of side effect and you can stop it.  I know some have had to stop because of the side effects, and some were able to continue on it with no side effects.

And besides, Czar has the "therapy" of two youngsters to boost hs immune system!!!

Lots of love and hugs ❤

Czar started his trial meds this morning. It took a bunch of peanut butter, hot dogs, and fresh pet. He decided half way through them he doesn't like fresh pet any more. Oh well. The puppies will eat it.
