Over the past two weeks, Ive noticed what looks likes scrapes or sores on Cadence's paws. They are even in between the gaps of her nails. I remember reading someone's blog that said there dog also had them. Is this related to the cancer at all, or is it because she is getting older and maybe the skin is getting thinner? Just curious....

Search these forums and the blogs and you'll find plenty of discussion about pressure sores. Here a a couple topics you may find helpful for starters:
Skin between paw pads getting rubbed raw.
Remaining Good Leg - Steril Cyst on Paw
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback. Cadence wont wear booties, so I think I will try to find some of the EMT Gel someone mentioned. Thanks again
