Do you stick them to the stairs or just use their natural stickiness? They really lay where they're told, which is great. I doubt you'd need to adhere them with anything.

Poor Rumbles cry  Finchy sends a hug to him.  I don't have any advice to add, it all sounds really good.

Chili Dawg crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 8/30/2011 & is now pain free. He was my heart dog, and I miss him every day.

Okay. A few busy weeks later and I finally got the Musher's Secret. I applied it to Rumbles front foot today...and I'm pretty sure it make him slide even more. It's very greasy...I don't quite understand how it's supposed to work. Any suggestions? Help!

i use it on sam's feet, since he's out in the wet and muck so much, and he gets 'chapped' feet.  don't put on very much - a little goes a long way.  you just want to kinda seal the pad, not grease it up....  hope this helps.

Yes, a little goes along way! I used it on Maggie because for some reason her pads were very dry and cracked. For us it was a week or two before her pads really got more supple and helped her traction .
You also have to rub it in really well.
