I was just reading your story. Ellie was a very special girl. She was fortunate to have such  good daddy in you.

I  so sorry for your loss....

My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019.  With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer.  I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud!  He will live forever in my Heart!

So sorry to bring this all back up. But thankyou for you reply and what a long and happy life she had.  I have spent the first night asleep on the floor with my head in my bunnys crate as she cried constantly unless i stroked her. Neither of us slept much last night but we are through the first night. Please know you and ellies posts from so long ago is helping me today have some hope. So greatful for it. ❤

Agree with Jemma (badger mom) that Ellie is still touching  lives and making a difference.  That's such a great legacy for a great dog.....a great dog who was so well loved every moment of every day.💖

I also went back and read Ellie's journey and was amazed at all the hurdles she faced and handled  them like an Olympian Champ! The devotion  and dedication  she had from you was a beautiful.

Hugs

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
