Getting out mastiffs's front leg removed tomorrow. I have him on fish oils and glucosamine currently. Wondering any other helpful supplements to boost his immune or try and slow down the cancer spreading.

There are TONS of supplements! Check out the Nutrition Blog for ideas on supplements and diets.
You might want to hold off introducing anything new until after Cooper recovers from surgery- and then are you doing chemo?
He will have lots of pain meds in his system after surgery and many pups don't have much of an appetite. If you add something new then you won't know if he is reacting to the surgery meds or the new supplements.
Same goes for chemo- and some vets don't want pups taking certain things during chemo- so always discuss with them.
So- you have some time to research!
I used K9 Immunity Plus for my quad pug Tani who had mast cell cancer, it is one of the mushroom based products. I can't say for sure if it helped with her cancer, but it gave her a noticeable boost in her energy.

We have opted not to do chemo. I will not introduce anything new until he has recovered. Thanks for the info.
