So, a bit of background for those who missed my previous thread... Meg has been trying to persuade me that she NEEDS a Nissan X trail ultra dog car (or something), because she's a MegaStar and that is how MegaStars travel. I have explained that she isn't going to get one. We have a perfectly adequate 14 year old VW Lupo, thanks very much. Meg isn't happy.

This morning, aka the very day after the 'disagreement' outlined above, I took the girls for their morning walk and returned to the car to find it had sunk into the soft mud of the verge.

Thankfully, I know a wonderful local mechanic with a one-eyed dog and a heart of gold (he's basically a vet for cars), who not only came and hauled us out, but refused to take a penny for his troubles. He even let Meg in the cab of his pick up to check it out for size.

Now I know rationally that Meg can't have had anything to do with the car sinking into the verge. I know she can't have done, and yet... it is quite amazing just how often... but she can't have had anything to do with it, really... can she?

OMD!!!! Of course! You're absolutely right. They could have dug me out. They could! Meg's actually a very good three legged digger; she uses her front paw like a shovel. And Elsie Pie's got no excuse. She was completely and totally useless, just sulking because her breakfast was delayed.

That's it, now. I'm onto them. Seriously, enough is enough!

And I thought more along the lines that Meg pooped on the tire to let you know what she thought of your "old" car!

The picture with Meg's "comment"...PRICELESS!!! 🙂 And then we have Elsie Pie....as Tina said, "cutest little booger ever"!

A d yes, Meg had EVERYTHING to do with it...And I think Elsie Pie helped!!

Love!

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
