Well only a couple of weeks ago it looked like Kaiserin might not have made it through the night and now she has recovered well from surgery and had an article about her painting ability featured in the local newspaper (link below). We don't know how much time we have bought removing the tumor but we are trying to enjoy every day! Yesterday was a good day - it was her 2 year ampuversary and she was featured in the newspaper!

My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

BTW , had happy tears in my eyes watching Kaiserin painting and listen to the joy in your voice a d seeing how pleased Kaiserin looked when she completed each stroke. Such a loving bond....unbreakable bond. The article was well written and heartfelt. I'm sure Kaiserin touched the writer's heart....and well as the hearts of everyone who read it.
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
