... Mom and I explored the local crafts market (before we couldn't go any further as stairs were right there) and we got some amazing cheese and ham ! ...

BTW, how thoughtful of the market stallholders to build their stalls at perfect Eurydice height so you don't have to stretch up or bend down to sample the cheese and ham. Go on! I dare you. Mum won't mind...
