As I said in your other post, yay Atlas and Great Job to you Patricia!

It sounds to me like you might want to jump up to the hospital administrator. This is a very big issue affecting him and its gotta be worked out in Atlas' favor, not theirs.

When we had to hospitalize Wyatt at Texas A&M their hospital administrator worked with us on an issue we had there. These folks know its a mutually beneficial relationship between client & the hospital, I'm sure they can accommodate your very simple requests.
