We just got back from removing the stitches, she did so good. As soon as we got home, her spirit changed, she's been looking way happier ever since 🙂 I took a video and a photo of her for all of you to see. She also hasn't had any pain in over 2 days now.

It is so amazing how the personality of a cat changes once those sticky sutures come out! I saw your photo, but could not view the video. It was asking me for password.
I am really glad you are at this point in recovery, I know it has felt like the longest of roads. It sounds like she is taking things at her own pace, and honestly this pace is amazing for an older kitty. It sounds like you are finally seeing her sparkle come back and that is just wonderful!
You really are doing a fantastic job
