How do dogs live on three legs? The Dog Scientists Explore, with Tripawds!

Recently, The Dog Scientists on YouTube asked the question: how do dogs live on three legs? What an honor for us to be there and provide some answers!

If one of The Dog Scientists looks familiar, there’s a good reason why. Tara Eichenberger (left) is mom to Boris, the Tripawd prosthetic superstar! She and Boris were our special guests on Tripawd Talk Radio last year.

And this year, Tara and her sister Gaia started their YouTube channel The Dog Scientists, which discusses science-based information about dog health and happiness.

The Dog Scientists

Two sisters with a pack of dogs and a love for science explore the world of wolf and dingo like dogs and present some interesting facts in simple terms! One studies biochemistry and neuroscience, the other genetics, cell, and developmental biology. Both share a passion to learn what keeps their canine friends healthy and happy!

Watch the video to learn what it’s like to have a three legged dog. We share all that we’ve learned from 16 years of living with these special pets and creating our Tripawds community.

If you’re new to the Tripawd life, we know you’ll find it helpful!

Be sure to subscribe to The Dog Scientists to learn from Tara and Gaia. And follow them on Instagram, and on TikTok too!

Sharing is Caring!
