Thanks again Jerry!
We will just see how it goes and monitor him very well. I think that will be the most difficult part....to put a "break" on him so he does not overdo himself. I heard from the foster family wehere he is now, that he is faster than all other 4 -legged dogs, so that might be a challenge ;). Probably he has some sighthounds blood in him as well....
That's exactly what we as pet pawrents have to do, just keep tabs on their activity levels and manage it. Definitely a challenge but you'll get the hang of it. He sounds like such a great dog. When is he coming home to your pack?

Jerry, we will meet the dog during Eastern (to see if there is a "click" between our dog and the potential new dog). He is in a good temporary foster family right now, so there is not that much hurry luckily. Of course we are very curious, but I start working 4 days instead of 5 days in April and my grildfriend will also change here working hours, so we can have maximum time with our dogs!
Oh that sounds so perfect! I can't wait to hear how the meeting goes.
