Hi,

Has anyone heard of EVO foods? I could kick myself over and over for listening to vet's recommendations for food. I hated feeding my dog cereal all the time and now it' s nearly too late. But I'm going to look into this food….it's very low in carbs.

Please tell of your experiences if you've fed this to your animals.

thx

micki

As far as commercial doog food is concerned, Innova EVO is by far one of the best quality among many brands.

Their kibbles are of high protein, low carbs, no grains.  They also have canned food with 95% of your choice of duck, rabbit, venison, chicken/turkey/beef.

I love Evo! And my people say it's really good for me. Just review my canine cancer diet tips for complete details.

P.S.: I fixed your Evo dog food link. For some reason you linked to my store again.

Jerry,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Either I'm not organized (thought I was) or this is an all consuming job to take care of him. I don't know how people take care of their animals if they are working. It's taking all my time to research, take to appts., make his meals and design meds charts. (puff-puff!).

Buster is going to love the tasty veggies I'm going to start adding to his diet. He's all plugged up from the pain killers and pumpkin isn't even helping. I just image 3 days worth of food stacked up in his intestines! He can't be comfortable, yet I can not not feed him.

 (don't know about the linking.)

 thanks again,

 micki
