Dr. Hodge is a very knowledgeable doctor who LISTENS TO YOU and explains a procedure until you fully understand it--she never rushes you and encourages you to ask questions. She's the type of vet that gets down on the floor with her patients and loves on them. The vet tech who takes care of your dog overnight stay will call you after-hours to give you an update and you are welcome to call back if you have any concerns. Your dog is not left unattended at any time during the stay. The front office is not always friendly (an ongoing problem), so if you need to talk with Dr. Hodge and she's in surgery, have them put you into her voice mail and she will get back very quickly--don't ask them to write down a message for you. Dr. Hodge also answers emails promptly.
