There's a dog park in the area (Grand Rapids) that lets non-members visit on Sunday and pay the visitor fee for the day.  Jack gets his stitches out this week and I was thinking of taking him there next Sunday.  Anyone nearby that wants to come?

Ooohh... I wish I could go.. but I am working that day and I also have my young niece visiting from out of town. I'm from the Mt. Pleasant area.. so you are about 1.5 hrs away from me.  My boy Jake just passed his three month mark since surgery.  He's still way too fat and sure could use the extra exercise!  We've gone to the dog park in Midland before, but never the one in GR.  Where we live is kinda like a big dog park anyhow.. we're in the middle of nowhere.

Great Dane Nova is also from Michigan - maybe we could all plan a day that works for us and get our tripawds acquainted!  I'm currently a student so pretty much anytime works for me 🙂

That sounds great!  Let's arrange a Tripawd party. I would be happy to drive to Grand Rapids for an afternoon.

This is the park.  Sundays are visitor days, and anytime works for me!

Let me know when you are planning this. We are near South Bend and I am about 2 hours from Grand Rapids. Paris is still hanging in there and we would love to come too.

Ginny

Grateful for every moment we had with Paris…..no regrets!

Honoring her life by opening our hearts & home to Addy!
