It's time for another Northern California Tripawds extravaganza! Won't you join us for the next pawty?

This pawesome dog park is located on the bay in Mill Valley. There's a big and small dog section, a river for taking a dip, plenty of water and fun galore!
Tripawds NorCal get-togethers are among the best in the nation. We encourage all three-leggers, quadpawds and Spirit Dogs to come out and enjoy what's sure to be a fine day in paradise!
"The folks who frequent the dog park, the locals, are really very nice. They make sure that people clean up after their dogs and they keep an eye on their own dogs.
It's really nice when folks recognize us and come over and talk about dogs and whatever…
It's the friendship between the pawrents that is so very special. We hug when we see each other, find out what's going on in each other's lives, how the "kids" are, how the jobs are going, who's been sick, who had a birthday or an anniversary, and we truly enjoy watching our dogs and the ever changing group of local dogs that come and go, play, run, take a time out, return "borrowed" tennis balls. who's dog is doing a splash and dash in the "communal" water bowl, and just enjoying the day. As we walk to the parking lot, we start talking about when we'll meet again, we hug each other, say our goodbye's, pack up the kids and go home.
Our "group of pawrents" have become friends, we belong to a very special group, our dogs have brought us together and even if they have crossed over the bridge, their memories and our friendship keeps us together."

We are! We're breathlessly counting down the days, hours, minutes, etc, while simultaneously stocking up on all the body armor, biohazard suits, stun guns, and assorted safety gear needed to survive a trip upstate with Bernie bin Laden. We're bringing another bag of tennis balls for Linda and Shelby to steal, along with dog treats for everyone! Can't wait!
We'll be there with a "yard of fun!" and Shelby and Cindi and me and the communal water bowl and 10 gallons of fresh water and a special parking sign and at least 2 camera's for millions of pictures.
We can't wait!!!!!!!!

Well, I can't wait that is. Obie is pretty non-commital, and Tani may have to sit this one out, we'll see how she is getting around later in the week.
Everyone should wear waterproof shoes, and bring chairs if you can. The weather reports so far say no rain on Saturday, but its supposed to rain this week so the park might be pretty wet. Throw some old towels in the car to wipe down the pups at the end of the day!

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
