Hey Steve and Ziva welcome back! Sorry about the iPad, ugh! We are on a similar path with ours, I think I'll back it up today...
Meanwhile I'm so thrilled things are going great! Ziva has just bounced back soooo well, and is such an inspawration to all of us. You are doing such a great job caring for her too, that's got everything to do with her recovery. Thank you for sharing her holistic vet's info with us, I love Dr. Wolf and I just started reading about her! I think we need to have her on our Tripawd Talk Radio podcast, she sounds awesome. And I also love that you are getting another Plan B in place, just in case. Covering all your basis is such a great idea.
OK, well glad to hear she is doing so well. We can't wait to see some pics of your Rottie Rock Star!

Sorry all for the slow Pupdate:
Ziva is now three months post op and doing very very good. We are continuing her on the holistic meds and as of her last Vet check all is clear.
She continues to amaze us every day and if you didn't know it you'd think she was born a tripod. Other than getting tired a bit faster she does everything now that she did before. I wish people were more like dogs lol!!
Anyway still waiting on my new iPad to arrive so hopefully the clouds still has my pictures. I'll share as soon as I am able.

Hi Steve! That's a terrific update! I'm so glad that Ziva continues to do well and is living life on her terms. I can't wait for updated photos (and dare I hope for video, too?) of your sweet, sweet girl!

Griffin lived an amazing life for 11 years! Diagnosed with osteosarcoma on March 17, 2020, Griffin's right forelimb was amputated on April 2, 2020. Ten days later he was running and playing fetch! Lung metastasis discovered in July 2020 did not slow down Griffin and he lived joyfully for the next 7 months, passing peacefully at home on February 11, 2021. https://griffin.tripawds.com

Hi all, felt the need to update again. I haven't been much a contributor lately due to life,, well being life. Anyway time for Zivas four month anniversary.
Everything is well, she is flying around like she was born with only three legs. We are playing fetch on a regular basis ( every night when I get home from work) she is running and chasing the other three dogs just like before.
Her latest check up showed all clear and no signs of the cancer so far so that's good. We are continuing on with her natural medicines and have decided not to move forward with the chemo. Both Zivas Dr's think its a good choice for her as well as she is doing so we will stick with that for now.
I have been checking in here just not posting a lot and still have been slacking on the video and picture areas but we'll work on that soon. Take care all and I love readying up on all the pup dates and adventures so far.
So happy to get such a great update on Ziva! Ziva is being Sova and that's why we do what we so arpu d here! To see dogs get back to living life to the fullest on three makes everything worthwhile!😎
And for goodness sakes, while we're hapoyntonget toys great update, no worries about being on the site. The most important thing is to be right by Ziva's side savoring every special moment while loving and spoiling the beautiful Ziva!!!❤

Steve, you're not a slacker, really! As long as you are enjoying every day with Ziva that's all that matters to us. We are just grateful you came back to let us know how she's doing, since every pupdate gives hope to people when they need it most. Rottie amputee success stories are like gold around here, so thank you! Keep on rockin, stay healthy and give that girl extra ampuversary love from us!

So it's time for our Pupdate.
It's been almost five months now and so far so good. Ziva is doing great and so far all is clear with no signs of her cancer spreading.
She has some days that she's not feeling well which is usually from her over doing it the day before, but she bounces right back and is back to her usual shenanigans!
Anyway I'll keep everyone updated as we go along and if anything changes we will let you know. Until then I hope every one is doing well and Ziva is proof that even big dogs do well on three!!
