Hey friends!
At the moment where I live Chemotherapy is on backorder and unavailable. I'm not sure that would have been the route I take regardless, but it's not a complete "no".
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with holistic treatments that improve quality of life and/or extend it. I'm open to learning about any holistic route. Happy to hear any suggestions!
Thank you 🙏

Jist a quick pop in to give uou a starting pontt. Check out The Dog Cancer Survival Guide by Dr Tressler and Dr Ettinger.
The two authors are sort of a combo of Eastern and Western medicine..I think you'll find some good suggestions, especially from Dr Tressler.

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Also, it's not holistic, strictly speaking, but FidoCure might be another option if chemo isn't available/desired.

There's a lot of things you can do to boost quality of life while fighting cancer, even if you opt out of chemo. As Sally mentioned, the Dog Cancer Survival Guide is a good starting point, lots of good info there. Also, our Tripawds Nutrition blog has some good examples of how people have gone that route. Here are some examples;
