*The caveat of this post is that I've not (yet?) used FidoCure personally, but discovered it this morning in a Morris Animal Foundation talk, and thought I'd share for those who may benefit*

I just became aware of FidoCure which offers genetically tailored therapies to dogs with many cancers and can be done via any veterinary office - whether specialist or hometown vet. While potentially applicable to any cancer diagnosis situation, it seems to be a lifeline especially for those who may have difficulty getting to a veterinary oncologist, and it can be given in pill form at home.

Below is the 15min clip from the Morris Animal Foundation talk where I first heard about this treatment.  It specifically shows outcomes for hemangiosarcoma but says it can be used to treat a range of cancers, including the OSA that many Tripawds face.

Addendum: I watched the video through to the end and in the Q&A they did say that the initial FidoCure genetic testing cost varies based on vet markup, but is around $1000-1500. Cost of the treatment drugs is additional and is based on which drugs are recommended as a result of the genetic analysis.

@jerry - cheers! Yes. So exciting!
