You just learned a very valuable lesson.  Never panic until you know for sure what you are dealing with. On this roller coaster ride, there will be scarey parts that turn out to be nothing. I learned it the day Trouble had surgery on what they thought was a lymph node involvement that turned out to be a lypoma growing over the lymph node. It was one happy vet that called to give me the good news.

Oh all those little medical terms we learn during the cancer journey....not an education any of us ever wanted but at least now you will have the knowledge be able to calm the next pawrent down who gets a scare like this.

She departed us unexpectedly  January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.

She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
