Oh Sally, if you think that is sneaky you should have seen Bailey's mom Tracy and I tracking down that no good fake rescue POS lady with the fake great dane puppy one very very late night! So, after that ordeal, you know I had to inspect their FB page too and look what I found 
Since I know you have some trouble viewing FB I'm assuming you haven't seen these gorgeous pics of Franklin. By the way, his photo was shared 196 times on Facebook in August!! Sally, I think he's been waiting for you. Looks like she was found as a stray already a tripawd. Poor baby. OH I HOPE YOU GET HIM!!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
We are on Skype, too.
There will be a huge homecoming pawty coming up if all works out!

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

I hadn't even asked yet the ANY details for fear of doing something to jeopardize his chances....you know.......likd "starting off on the wrong foot"! Grrrrr..... to that "other" place.
One hurdle with Merry Myrtle ....you'll loke this Elizabeth! As you know, her fist real "social outing" was at the Tripawds pawty. Rember how she hid behind you a lot? Remeber how Tanner doesn't bother to sniff butts first? Remember how Tanner liked to charge in, nip and their cheeks snd then run and repeat.? Well zmyrtle was watching the "teacher"! When we go to Petco...and if someone says it's okay...I'll let her go up if a dog is showing playful signs......yep....tailwagging she heads straight for a nip at the cheek and she likes to nip at the backmof the neck too!! She'll bow down innthe play positi i n and go for round two!
Anyone know of an "introduction butt sniffing course" for puppies?
I'm anxiously wait i ng for her email. It could be that when the vet called back she was u available, and then when she called him he had gone for the day

Yay Sally. How totally awesome. I am sure this is meant to be. Although you have a slight learning curve now he is a front amputee not a rear LOL.

This IS exciting! Franklin is likely a distant relative of tri-pawd Cooper (I think that's his name), the hound who is from the south and is now freezing in Montreal, except he has a fancy coat now. Franklin and Cooper could facetime/skype too!

You know him, its all out all the time. The little socialite and all his buddies at the dog park play that way, nip a cheek and run off enticing a game of chase. I kept trying to get him to stop but according to the doggie trainer at the park, its normal play behavior (well, except for Tanners Napoleon complex..but that's a whole other issue ha)
Sally I'm adoptable! hahaha...you save buzzards for goodness sake. I'd never say no to being adopted by a saint! I think a Google+ tripawd party is a great idea, good thinking Jerry.

Just change the spelling for a new beginning. That's what we did for Meesha (Meisha).
