The Humane Animal Rescue League of Pittsburgh has a lovely big boy Copper available for adoption. He's a whole lot of dog to love with a lot of life ahead of him - a 72.5lb., 1yr3mo., male, mixed breed (looks pittie). HAR has this to say about the fine fellow:
If you're looking for a super special boy to be a part of your family, look no further than Copper! Three legs doesn't stop him from being a bundle of joy! Copper has had a rough start to his journey with us but he's ready to begin a new adventure! He has lived with other dogs before and may be open to a roommate again! Copper is known to be a bit nervous of new people at first, he would do best getting to know his new friends slowly as the world can be a bit of a scary place sometimes! Copper is housebroken and is working on some of his other training. If your new best friend has 3 legs, a happy tail, and a goofy smile, come meet Copper today!
If you'd like to learn more about Copper and how to adopt him, HAR is open to process adoptions on a walk-in basis Tuesday – Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. ET. On Saturday and Sunday, adoptions are from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET.
