Hello,
Admin is probably out for the day, I'll try to help.
I'm not sure where you are looking at the help videos? Can you point me in the direction? Home page?
Most of the videos loaded here are usually from youtube. So, it should start playing UNLESS you have some setting on your computer disabled. Like for instance, is Adobe Flash enabled? If you are on Internet Explorer, go to the top of your screen and click Tools –>Manage Add-Ons and there you can see if Flash is enabled.
Can you see other youtube videos online?
The only other thing I can think of is …are you using Safari? Or is your firewall on your computer blocking it.
Let me know if you need further help.

Interesting. We have confirmed that all the Help videos on our blog tutorial page are functioning properly. Are you using an iPad. All the videos are embedded Flash objects, so you will need to use a device that supports Flash to view them. Aside from that, I would recommend updating your Flash player or trying to use another browser.
If problems persist, please provide as much detail as possible about your system, browser, etc. Sorry for the inconvenience.
