LOL I was JOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I will try to keep Jilll's paws away from the computer to keep her from doing anything....

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. "Like" Jill's facebook page: https://www.fac.....tty?ref=hl Proud member of the WINTER WARRIORS!!!! Her blog can be read at http://jillsjou.....ipawds.com. xoxo

Really?  Seriously?  ok.. I did have to calm myself down and not go and spout off... because I really don't like drama either.. but...   ok.. I am a rebel.. I posted something.. And, after reading all the comments of "Oh my, you shouldn't have to deal with those a-holes, b*stards, etc, etc." I just had to post something.. it's in my nature... don't know if it's the Scottish in me or the Newfie.. but sometimes it is not a good combination... lol

This is what I typed in the exact words..

There are 3 sides to every story.. your side.. their side and the truth.. and that applies to all stories.. not just this one. It is only human nature to make oneself the victim at times of looking for support, In all due respect.. when you have the legal registration and patent to a name.. you have the legal right to keep that name and not allow anyone else to use it without your permission.  And you can get legal if you wish to spend the $$ to go that way. I personally cannot see either one of you :admins" paying that kind of money and going that far. I personally have my own soap making company and if I saw that someone else was using my name. my name that I have paid and registered for, then I would approach them as well. It's business. whether it is non profit or profit, I own the right to my company name. As does Tripawds. Now that I have read both sides of the story.. which I am not sure any others have done here.. then I will make my own conclusions as to what the truth really is. I do wonder though.. if my post here will stay... lol

and *POOF*   it was gone..   called that one!!!

My next post was:

Seriously? I knew my post would be deleted. That is sad that my opinion is taken off the board because "the Admin" does not like it. I never said anything bad about either side, yet it was removed. A person who has nothing to hide lets all be seen.. I think my mum used to say that. When you have a group on social media, you are opening yourself to allow all opinions and comments, some good and some bad. Both sites do amazing work for our three legged furkids.. and yes.. I did have a tripawd! They leave such a impact in our lives and on our hearts. Unfortunately, I lost him in May 2013 as mets hit his lungs. I have read both versions of this incident.. from both sites.. and I see things on both sides that are not mentioned on each others... so.. really, the full truth should come out eventually. Supporters should realy read both sides of the story... to see the full truth. *poof* there I go again. Keep up with the good work for those furkids.. they need all the help they can get.. and so do we!!

I'm not saying that you and Jim are hiding anything Rene, gosh, we have read the emails, etc.  And what is said through chat on Facebook between you guys is.. well...  between you guys..  but I just shake my head when I read how "poor, poor pitiful me" is posted on Facebook.  From reading your emails, etc., you can see that you were trying to work things out with her.  It was her side that was being a bit difficult.  And yes, stress can cause many things with health, and I am sorry that happened to her, if that was really what happened.

You guys have my support here.. always will...  and let the drama drift away like the tide that creates a huge whirlpool that can be sucked down to the depths of the earth and buried...

ok.. I promise I won't post again.. but my main goal of it was to advise her "followers and supporters" to read both sides of the story.. just as you have done!  Good Job.. and respectfully done in an adult and mature manner!  No where did I see you call her a "monster"!!  lol

Keep up the great work.... 3 paws up!!

Christine.. with Franklin in her heart♥

(hmmm.. wonder if my second post is till there... lol)

Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012.  Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013.  Always in my heart, and always a guardian angel of my pack...   You can follow his Tripawd Adventures, before and after, in my blog, Frank'n'Farter!

Wow, this is crazy. I just popped over to the Facebook page and of course your post is gone Christine :)  It sounds to me like that lady's a few fries short of a happy meal.

One more vote for what Sally wrote and for what Jill's thought bubble said.  A very unfortunate chapter, but it isn't always possible to talk rationally with people whose emotional and mental state is so fragile.

We all stand with you, Rene and Jim.

And that handsome travelin' dude, Wyatt Ray .

You are correct - she is STILL using the name Tripawds (however when you write it out as she has it it looks like Tripawds -suck - TripawdsUK).

That is one bat crazy woman for sure ...

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

I'm pretty sure Jim and Rene own the trademark.

Looks like she set it up so no posts go directly on the page without her approval first.

YESTERDAY:

"Welcome to Tripawds UK! Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Caroline Murphy and I run Tripawds UK, it's support network and rescue page for animal amputees. "Tripawd" means three paws, referring to our animal amputee friends. I was inspired to start the groups after adopting two Tripawds myself, Vader the French bulldog and Tango the German Shepherd mix. I am amazed at the success of our groups as when I set up Tripawds UK back in November 2011 it was just me in the group talking to myself!.....

"Due to the hacking saga of last week, our rescue page has now been set up again at the original link of http://www.face.....suk.rescue but I will need you all to like it again and share it and spread the word to rescues and animal organisations please. These horrible people have tried to undo three years of my hard work but I won't let them win"

Please folks, we need to just put this behind us.

While we do own the trademark TRIPAWD/s, its registration with the USPTO apparently has no international jurisdiction. Yes, we have confirmed this. Besides, the woman running the UK group and page is an unstable self-described "handicapped" person onto which we wish to cause no further stress. Please do not attempt to post on her page or group as we are certain she will block it, and only view that as our continued "rampage of torment".

The flurry of negative comments that started on her page as a result of her malicious tirade seems to have subsided. It has not yet bled over to our own Facebook page, and we prefer to keep it that way. She herself has expressed a desire to move on, and has ceased any personal attacks on us. So we too would like to just drop it.

Thank you all for your support and understanding.
