Awww...love the history behind it. It's amazing how much love a little piece of ribbon can hold.
For me, it really was kind of a warm and fuzzy sacred connection I felt as I was making one for Happy Hannah..
So glad you bumped this up. I hope others find the comfort I did.
Also, a reminder, it's not just for Bridge occupants! It's also for anyone currently on this journey! Also,if my memory serves me, we o ly have one kitty ribbon! I think it's Steve, who is still living life to the fullest!
Love
Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
The ribbon is going in the mail to Karen today. BUT I forgot to take a picture!
Kathi
Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Oh awesome Kathi, thanks! We can't wait to see it.

I just now saw this post. I think it came online while we were in California and I didn't have a whole lot of time to check things out. Thanks so much, Karen, for adding the ribbon for "the guys" to the leash.
I found the pins on the Cafe Press site. I think you can find just about anything there!

I wanted to bump this topic to invite all those who haven't heard about the Tripawds Tribute Leash to learn more, go to the first post in this thread.
The Leash is currently on the West Coast but will be heading back east to the big party in Virginia at the end of May. If you want to add a ribbon (and aren't going to the party where you can add it yourself) you have a few weeks to get it in the mail to me. Be sure you PM me to let me know if you are putting a ribbon in the mail.
