CANNOT BELIEVE IT!! Days away from eight month ampuversary and Happh Hannah climbs UP the porch stairs for FIRST time!!! clap Actually, she didit one time before maybe two months or so ago.....a kitten on theporch was the motivator that time.

Impatience and smelliing food was ner moivator this time!! Sooooo, I let her out....she goes down like always and then goes to the other side of the house to use er ramp to come up to the door. Well, I'm hearing her with this "pupph-like barking/yelping".....very, veey insistent and impatient.....demanding that I come out right now! And there she is!! TWO STEPS AWAY FROM THE TOP!! She's getting kind of scared and "stuck".

I immediately go get the chicken and green beans (yeah, green beans hiding in there) I'm xooling down for her......and the video shows the rest!

I WAS SOOOOOOO HAPPY AND SOOOOOO PROUD OF HER I WAS IN TEARS!! Good girl Happy Hannah! Good girl!! You make my heart burst with pride with every breath you take.....but I almost exploded with joyover this one!!

FAT DOGS ROCK THE WORLD...and the stairs!!! Don't need no stinkin' ramp!!

THANKS FOR WATCHING!!! And keep in mind, this tavlet has no viewfinder.....you have topoint the screen at the sbubject without seeng what your taking a picture
Love,

Sally and Happy Hannah

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012.  Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013.  Always in my heart, and always a guardian angel of my pack...   You can follow his Tripawd Adventures, before and after, in my blog, Frank'n'Farter!

Alllll riiiiiight, Hannah!!!!!  You rock!

Murphy (who refuses to go upstairs, too.  Can you come show him?)

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

Joan and Lily

Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.

Oh Hannah!!!!  Love this!!!!!  Good Girl - you are so brave!

Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11.  A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...
