I have a Catahoula/ Great Dane mix who was hit and it just barely left his right paw hanging on. My regular vet referred me to an Orthopedic Veterinarian that did an amazing job. I did however have to wait a week until the surgery. Not because of Tripawds, I was immediately approved but because that's the first opening they had. However he did end up taking the leg and shoulder blade. Because after a week the infection was terrible. To my surprise Coal never missed a beat. God blessed me with that. I couldn't thank Tripawds enough for the kindness they showed me for keeping my baby alive. They usually really do adjust well. He does occasionally fall or trip but so do I. We just dust it off & keep on going.
