Yeah Comet my friend, sometimes that Admin-paw sends us into the black hole when we get too mouthy. Rest assured, I can once again see your pretty face (I had the black hole as an avatar for a long time when I first joined, then again I had made little attempt to do anything about it given I'm not a technopawd like you).

OMG, I've been gone a couple of days, and look at all the fun I've missed.
Comet, thank you! I absolutely LOVE it.

I uploaded a 96x96 and it didn't need anything.
FYI: The largest an avatar will appear anywhere is 128x128.
Thanks for the screenshots. We cannot replicate the cropping issue and have never seen that before. Don't see how adding the badge for moderators would have anything to do with it, but we'll see what happens after today's Forum upgrade. we can pick up this conversation in the Tech Support forum is problems persist. Sorry for the inconveninece.
Note to the Mod Pawd crew … consider reviewing the topic about What Forum Moderators Can Do, and pay special attention to the last post I just added about editing topic titles, and how if/when you do you should not edit the topic slug.

I know! I was spared from getting my mouse hand slapped since I owned up to it immediately! Actually I sent out a cry for help and was rescued!

Comet,
How about designing something to designate that our puupies have earned their wings but not something sad looking, more of a celebration of their lives? How's that for a challenge?

Pawesome Idea!

Great idea. We always come up with things to keep Jerry's pack busy. So let our new mission be to keep Comet's mom busy!! (And maybe then she'll lighten up on Monkey Butt - I have your back MB.)

p.s. I knew who was to blame, this time, but what is a "forum slug"? I'm guessing I'll know it when I see it.
Awesome Pawson!
Renee is the designer. Not me. Mine would look like wings on a dead pigeon or something worse!
Hey T -
Really? Look what a monkeybutt he is!

Sooo. I hate to admit it but I never heard of "peeps" until they came up in heaps of tripawd posts last week. Have been trying to figure it out. (Heck, just heard "WWJD" last week, you Yanks just keep coming up with new stuff we poor Canucks have to learn). So my friend Wikipedia says peeps are easter candies. So, in that case why don't Comet and Rocket eat them??? Are you letting all of dogdom down? Take it from Tazzie, if it is on the floor, the kitchen counter or in the trash, by all means eat it.
T.
But just wait, my little Yank tripawls. Oslo, Tai, Genie, Catie, Tehya and I will start talking about toques, loonies, twonies and timbits, and then you'll be mighty lost, eh? I bet you don't even know enough to ask for Smarties for Easter or for Halloween!

... what is a "forum slug"?
The forum slug for this Shout Outs Forum would be "shout-outs" ... the topic slugs we are talking about are the permalink URL titles, such as the one for this topic: "new-mod-squad-member-er-i-mean-mod-pawd". (Note the lack of spaces, capitalization, and punctuation!)
In short, the slug is the unique identifying permalink for a topic (or forum), which will load all the post pages for that topic.
You will know it when you see it, if you ever click the admin tool (small wrench) to "Edit Topic Title" – when doing so, you will be presented with two fields, one for the Title and another for the Slug. Only edit the title field. Leave the slug field alone. OK? OK.
Now, if only I had a Cruller ... mmmmm...
