MEEEEEEEEE!

We now have uniforms!  (well, only if you want it)

Any other moderators want one, let me know!  (I didn't feel like going thru all the posts to find others)

The MOD PAWD pledge of oath:

I, (Cometdog) promise to never trade my furry baby for a hippo, elephant or rhino, three-legged or otherwise.  I  promise to never say anything disparaging about Recreational Vehicles.  I promise to always own a Ruffwear harness, three-legged or otherwise.  I promise to use proper emoticons, (i.e. no sickly green face when welcoming a new member).  And lastly, I promise to uphold the standards set forth by Spirit Jerry forever and ever!

Congratulations Cometdog! I know you'll do a great job ( I think you should find a way to permanently remove the sickly green face guy – we don't need him) Also, please make sure Monkeybutt doesn't steal your uniform…ever.

Sadie (also digitally sign because I'm right pawed)

BTW, why are my math questions so much easier than when my mom posts? Everyone knows I'm better at math than she is.

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end.  On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Pretty funny Comet Dawg!

You mean we have two uniforms. Our Ruffwear vest or fleece (depending on whether you're a Yank or Canuck) and the Mod Dawg banner. And to think I lived as a naked quadraped all those years. I am embarassed to think about it. Blush

Tazzi

p.s. I'm sure there is no shortage of uses for Mr. Green face on this website. But welcoming newbies is not necessarily one of them, unless they have a really gross seroma or something.

Yay, Comet! We're sure you'll make a great member of the MOD PAWD! And we won't use the sickly green face in our well wishes!

And for 3 easy payments of $199, you too can be a Mod Pawd-er!    (Oops, was I suppose to mention I bribed admin?)

Okay, Sadie and Holly just because we are pals, don't be asking for any special favors  about single digit math quizzes!  I'm still a Junior Member.

Mika, I kinda think it was the Entertainment Committee that voted for me.  The Tech Committee is a little nervous about me having!

Well look at that ... All moderators now have their own nifty little Mod Pawd badge! Thanks for the idea Comet. No need to make custom avatars for them all now, unless of course you have an affiliate program for Mod Pawd upgrades. Laugh

RUH ROH -

I think betaman got some tricky fingers in the new addition and has mucked up the avatar upload feature.   I'm GENERIC NOW!

interesting. tazzie's wasn't affected. did you try uploading a new avatar? was there an error?

we just uploaded the cometar without a hitch. if you're not seeing it, your browser cache may just need clearing.

that betaman is always mucking up the works. and generics are great ... much cheaper!

Yep, I couldn't get the cropping tool to get off the top of the screen and I tried everything.  Closed out window and tried again and then I 'reset' the avatar.  I uploaded 'me' just fine with the picture of 'me' being there.  But when it asked to 'crop', I did and reverted back to generic tripawd.  Tried about 6 times.

Yippy!!!!  On the newest dictionary entry!

!?!?!? Off the top of the screen? The crop handles will always remain for any avatar image uploaded. If it doesn't need cropping, don't don't move them. But now we're getting off topic. If problems persist, please provide details and a screenshot in the tech support forum.

Thanks again!

Yeah I uploaded a 96x96 and it didn't need anything.  But the cropping tool wouldn't go away and wouldn't let me do anything.

I'll email you some screen shots since I didn't make that too clear.
