Shilo,

We could not be happier to hear your good news.  They will always amaze us with their ability to enjoy today for what it is.  Just keep ignoring those doctors and show your mom that you can still enjoy life on your own terms.

Thanks for looking out for me Tazz.. Well my pawrents took me in to the vet this morning.. Mom kept talking about how she didn't want me to suffer and Dad wanted to make sure we tried everything before giving up... I was shaking and nervous I didn't sleep well last nite cause my breathing was so choppy.. icon_cry But once Dad decided we were going to try the prednisone and see if that helps I got a little more excited that my family wasn't freaking out sooo much... Today I have been going and doing my outside thing, but I get a little winded now, so the trips a little shorter..

So it comes down to I am hanging in there!!! We will keep you posted!

Love -

Check out the Angel Exchange if you are interested in Emily's prednisone.  I hope your breathing is easier tonight, sweet girl.

Dang, you are already feeling things in your lungs!? I can't believe it changes so quickly, #$&!!

We went to the vet today to do regular bloodwork and urine test. Will find out the results tomorrow. Of course the vet was 'impressed' by the size of my leg lump. She got a very large ruler out to measure it, as if a measurement really matters at this point. It was kind of comical to see her bring out such a large ruler. I have felt so good otherwise, at least until recently (might be hesitating a bit more this week before I take three steps at a time), it seems we should just be able to get rid of the damn leg lump (without amputating another leg of course!). But the vet thought that it was starting to be painful and suggested I take a certain amount of tramadol on a regular basis now. Ahh, pink elephants . . .

Anyway, I really hope the pred helps you feel a bit better. I hope we both have a really good weekend.

While I can not say it any better than Troble, Angle Emily, Tazzie "man", and Angle Jake, we just had to add a voice of support.  Hang on, Hang Tight, and Hang Together.
