...."She's really good at them".....quite an understatement! She's definitely mastered this game! She is laser focused too. Love how she just picks up those pieces and drops them out of her way.

But Jerry, you are right about my, but did you see Sassy doing her puzzle for the very first time? She has along way to go before she catches up with Ally, bit I think she did good. She did better then Brownie the first time. Brownie would throw it up in the air. lol

Brownie has really been heavy on my heart the last few days. It is just strange how I feel so empty, and like half of me is gone, because we were one. I having been going through pictures and videos of happier days. Below is his 11th birthday, 10 months before being diagnosed. And of course after pup cakes, a play date at his favorite park with Grizzly.

Aww it's so nice to see Brownie again on video. And you don't need to apologize for your singing, silly lady! It was so joyful!
Looking back and remembering the good times is your heart telling you that Brownie's life was so much more than the stupid cancer, than even his physical body! Sure he was the handsomest pooch ever, but Brownie's spirit is brighter than his "earth clothes" as Sally says, so strong that nothing can keep it away from your heart and your life, even now. He's physically gone but that love and bond that you shared together will always remain. It just takes time to get your heart and your brain on speaking terms, to agree that he's still part of your life. You will get there. And until then just do whatever it takes to help you smile when you feel sad thinking about his loss. We will be right here to lean on.

Okay, am I the only one that saw Brownie trying to back out of the room because of his Mamma's singing? 🤣😂🤣😂 And he knda' held his head down at first out of embarrassment??🥵
And he got up that bank after getting wet and muddy just fine! He was determined!
It is so therapeutic to revisit these wonderful memories. It reminds you of what your life was like with Brownie. And as Jerry said, it was so much more than just the tripawd journey❤
Thanks for sharing these fun times. We ALWAYS love anything and everything about Brownie!

Sally, the funny thing is I use to sing "you are my sunshine " to Brownie.
When I started singing he would leave the room. I am like, "Where did my sunshine go"?

It absolutely happened!! Literally, I was just reading your post and the TV was on in the background I wasn't paying any attention to it and all the sudden my ears perked up as the song started playing. I have no idea what the commercial was but I sure know what the song was.

It's funny , because before Brownie passed I never saw Happy Hannah's Banner, and now I am seeing it all the time! I think they may be getting into trouble with each other on the Bridge. Remember I told you I thought Happy Hanah was restless.
