Oh gosh, I'm in tears again.  This is THE most beautiful,  courageous , giving post for you to make, especially  while  your grief is still so heavy and your heart hurts.

2hen I first read Toby had transitioned, I was just too gutted to write anything and said I would be back.....but I didn't  come back.

It means the world to us that you posted today and shared your thoughts and feelings.  And we got to kmow Toby even more as we discovered  he was quite the handful when he first came into your life.  He won everyone  over though....just like he won us over from your first post here.

And please know this.  Toby is, and always will be THE top TRIPAWD GOODWILL AMBASSADOR while her in earth and as well as overseeing  you and your family from The Rainbow Bridge.

When my Happy Hannah  headed to the Bridge, several went with her that month in April.  This we called them APRIL'S ANGELS♥️And you can be assured that they were all there to greet Toby as he ran free and feisty and full of his spunky self!  They served him ice dreamland steak and cheese pizza as his welcome back home celebration👍

There are lots off reasons Toby and your loving bond with him are legendary  around here.  But one of the biggest  impacts he a d you are leaving is that, regardless of how short your earth time was after amputation, you made that time full of love and joy and spoiling and have found d comfort in that.  The unforeseen with this piece of crap disease is brutal and cunning.  All we know is we jave to try and give our dogs a chance and hope for the best.  For you to recognize  you did everything  possible  to give Toby that chance and to jave made that short extended  time together as good as possible.......you are a Saint to Toby and to all of is here♥️

Thank you so much for being such a powerful and important  member of our tripawd family.  You and Toby have inspired us all in so many ways.  To come back today with your "Toby guided post" has touched us all so deeply.

And know this, when you hear Toby snore or shift.....he is doing just that!  He is fully present in your heart and always by yoir side♥️

And please, when you can, please share more of Toby with us.   You are ALWAYS family and we are touched  furever by hav the privilege  of knowing you both.  And let us know other ways he connects with you, okay?  Because he will.  And, I have no doubt  he has plans to send you another dog so that dog can experience  the love and joy younjave him.  So pay attention.   It will be when uou least expect it

Surrounding you with Toby's eternal light and happy smile

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Michael, Tracy, Corinna, Holt and Angel Toby,

It's good to hear from you, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your very kind words about this community. It takes a lot of strength to return here, especially after going through such a ruff time with your sweet boy. We are deeply honored that you did, that we could be there for you when you started this journey, and now, so many months later. You are so very, very welcome my friend.

Of course you miss Toby! He was your heart dog, your once-in-a-lifetime that can never be replaced. I completely believe that their energy never leaves us, and those sounds you think you are hearing, are his way of saying "I'm always here for you dad, and I'll even raise a little hell just for old times sake!" He's always around, and he's always a part of each and every one of us who got to walk alongside him on his short but unforgettable 3-legged journey.

Thank you so much, your beautiful note made our day. And extra sp_hearticon2sp_hearticon2sp_hearticon2for your very generous gift to the Tripawds Foundation . I just saw that come in today, you are amazing. Please know we are holding you close in our hearts, filled with gratitude.
